Privacy policy

• Page views, in aggregate

  Privacy-friendly analytics (Umami) records the page path, referrer, device type, and country. No cookies, no cross-site profiles, no advertising identifiers.

• What you type into the report form

  The error text, app, card type, city, and email address if you choose to give one. Used only to fix the page and, if you asked, to reply.

• Emails you send us

  Your address, the message, and any attachment such as a screenshot.

• Payment for the 15-minute help session

  Handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive a receipt with your name, email, and amount — never your card number.

• Analytics

  Aggregate events, retained by the analytics provider for up to 12 months.

• Reports

  Up to 24 months, so a recurring error can be traced back to earlier checks.

• Emails

  Up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.

• Session payments

  Kept by the payment processor under its own policy and tax rules.

• Analytics provider

  Receives page views only, from a script on this site.

• Email provider

  Stores messages sent to our contact addresses.

• Payment processor

  Handles the $25 session checkout on its own hosted page.

• Affiliate partners

  If you click an outbound partner link, that partner may set its own cookies after you leave this site.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers.

• Access or deletion

  Email us and we will confirm what we hold and delete it, unless tax law requires us to keep a payment record.

• Objection

  You can ask us to stop using your report for follow-up contact and keep it only as an anonymous correction.

• Analytics opt-out

  Blocking the analytics script in your browser or extension does not affect any part of the tool.
