Terms of service
The guide is free. The 15-minute screen share costs $25. These terms describe what each one includes and where our responsibility ends.
The free guide
- Information, not a transaction
We explain rules and the order to try things in. We do not process payments, hold funds, top up wallets, or act on your behalf.
- Rules change
Every page shows the date it was last checked. Always confirm fees and limits in the official app before relying on them.
- No guarantee of success
A step that works for most visitors may not work for your bank, card, or account status.
The 15-minute session
- What it is
A remote video call in English. You share your screen and keep control of your phone, card, and accounts. We point at the failing step.
- What it is not
We never take remote control, never ask for card numbers, passwords, or one-time codes, and never pay on your behalf.
- Price
USD 25 per session, paid in advance through the processor linked on the help page.
- What you get
The call plus a short written fallback by email within 24 hours.
Refunds
- No charge if the call cannot start
If we cannot connect, you are refunded in full.
- Full refund in the first ten minutes
If we make no progress during the first ten minutes, ask for a full refund and it will be issued.
- After ten minutes
The session is delivered and non-refundable, including when the bank or app ultimately blocks the payment for reasons outside our control.
Acceptable use
- No misuse
Do not use this site or a session to bypass identity checks, launder funds, or pay for illegal goods.
- Reporting
Do not submit other people's personal data through the report form.
- Scraping
Reasonable personal use of the pages is fine. Bulk republication of the content is not.
Affiliate links and independence
Some outbound links may be affiliate links, which can earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commercial links never change a recommendation: a method is listed because it works, not because it pays. We are not affiliated with Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, or any card network.
Liability and changes
- Limit
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any session is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for losses caused by your bank, an app, a merchant, or a card network.
- Changes
These terms may be updated; the effective date above shows the current version. A session is governed by the terms in force when it was booked.
